EXTRUSION
Meteor Creative is a world class custom profile extrusion company. We process thermoplastics ranging from PVCs, ABS, Polycarbonate, TPR, TPV, TPO, and others and we process EPDM rubber in both dense and sponge materials. We extrude up to 4 different plastics in a profile, and up to 2 different EPDM materials in a profile. This allows Meteor Creative the ability to put performance materials where they are required and cost-effective materials where it counts. In addition, Meteor Creative has extensive expertise in noise abasement, using coextruded materials to reduce noise and abrasion for our thermoplastics and offer in-line spray-on slip coat capabilities for our EPDM profiles. We have developed innovative in-line value add processes such as primer and tape application, notching and punching, and precision cut-to-length capabilities.

INJECTION MOLDING
Meteor Creative has been supplying injection molded components and parts since 2010. We bolstered our capabilities with the acquisition of an injection molding company and the hiring of several key individuals. Meteor Creative offers injection molded details, stand-alone parts, and insert-molded ends in both thermoplastics and EPDM rubber. We can do rigid and soft parts, small details all the way up to 2 shot transfer molded parts.

ASSEMBLIES
Meteor Creative excels at value add operations that produce parts that meet both your part function and part cost requirements. We can combine extrusions with injection molded details, using various processes to make a final part that will meet your specifications and we can help you design that part. These processes include fusion welding for thermoplastics, splice joining for EPDM, insert molding, precision tape application, clip/pushpin insertion, detailed end treatments and precision length cutting, notching and drilling.

IN-HOUSE TOOLING
Meteor Creative designs and produces all of its extrusion tooling, and other finishing details in-house. We operate our fully equipped tool room, which includes 3D printing, 24 hours a day, 5 days a week to ensure that we can meet your tight timing if necessary.
